Marian High School purchased by city from Invictus Forever, Inc, to develop into Community/Sporting Center, at a price tag of $3,350,000.

Charity, Invictus Forever, Inc. in December 2020 purchased the Marian High School from Sean O’Mally representing the Catholic Archdiocese for $2,600,000. They intended to build a school/program for youth through young adulthood with autism spectrum disorders. The plan never came to fruition, and the city negotiated with the charity to purchase the building and grounds.

Marian High School to become community/sports center. City to close on property for 4-5mil this week.

Marian High School to become a community & sports center. The city will be paying between 4 and 5 million dollars for the former school. The sale is expected to close within days. The City Council discussed purchasing the property in executive session on June 27th. The school was purchased by organization Invictus Forever, Inc.
